I've taken multiple certification classes at WEMS and this was by far my favorite. I learned more these 3 days than I would in any other class.

The simulations really help to apply the lecture knowledge with a "visual scenario".

The IED lecture seems more geared to PD, not EMS.

This course was above expectations and I truly learned a lot.

More like policy implementation and discussion with my chiefs and schools in our district. Educating myself of my county plans. Would also like to look into the lecture from "I love you guys" founder.

The simulations. The difference between sim and real world is to distant for the gaming environment to be useful. Smaller scale real world exercises would be more productive.
