My prior operational considerations were wrong prior to the class, and i am so grateful that i didn't have to find that out at an active shooter deployment.

As a fire chief, i would have liked being told how to find funding sources outside of AFG to be able to obtain PPE and more training for my agency.

Practical exercises helped me connect the lecture to the application.

Rotating between ALL the different positions felt like I am still lacking in all position, and not feeling entirely prepared for any 1 positon. Swapping between the positions made it hard for me to fully grasp any particular position, and also creates the need to run several scenerions. By scenerio 9 or 10 I was admittedly slightly burnt out, but still felt like I have alot to learn and grasp.

I feel for a 3 day course, there is ALOT of course material. I think Complex Coordinated Attacks could be a whole level 2 class in itself.
