Focus on IC command at Active aggressor events, everyone is getting training of RTF medicine but the IC structure is very needed.

RTF medicine not the triage portions, due to my advanced RTF training, it was more review but fotunately the class focused more on IC functions, it may have been helpful for LEO though. but it was a great class.

This class should be a standard madated training for any fire officer, it was the best FEMA class that I have taken so far.

I wish more personnel were able to make this training. I Hope this class and with its teaching tools, aids, and the instructors become necessary, if not mandatory, for all jurisdictions to coordinate together.

Understanding how to move in the real world, more tactics and practicing movements would be beneficial. understanding how assets can quickly become tired in their gear, under movement, and duress.

I have never taken an incident command class for active shooter events. This command structure and the checklist were extremly useful and the instructors experience and expertise aided in the instructions.

The law enforcement side did not apply to me but still was helpful in understanding their side of things.

The instructors were amazing and I found the the style of hands on with different locations amazing.

The scenarios provided a great opportunity to participate in a real time event and make the learning more effective. Doing it over and over built the sets and reps to help execute it down the road in a real world scenario.
