Performing in a role for which i will very unlikely bd assigned. I am a chief/ command officer and I would not be driving an ambulance, nor likely be assigned to an RTF.

This is one of the best courses and group of instructors that I have had. I would like to see the course able to be scalar to our community response agencies and their capabilities. Some incident were responded to far exceeding the areas resource capabilities.

Training for being on an RTF for my personnel.

The most valuable parts were understanding each role of an active shooter event: Tactical Command, Staging, IC, AC. Each station taught you something different and gave a different perspective.

The simulation with multiple agencies and working with people you don't work with everyday. made it very real world like.

I would say the course is valuable in all aspects. This is a high risk low frequency event that you can never train to much for.

Maybe update the software and possibly look at having the different task in separate rooms when doing the scenarios.

I believe any training regarding active shooter is important.
