The computer-based simulations were an amazing quality and use of technology. It added a level of practicality that was a reasonable substitute for full-scale exercises.

I have no suggestions for improving. My only concern would be investing the time and money to keep the technology and methods up to date.

I enjoyed the practical experience that the simulations allowed me to receive. If I were ever unfortunate enough to need to respond to an incident like this, I now have a basis of experience to pull from.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I would like to continue to seek and apply for incident management classes. I never had heard the term "Area Command" before this course, and that worried me that I may not know other parts of this important structure.
