Seeing the entire operation response as a whole. Specifically to dispatch, receiving a call from the suspect.

Nothing is classified as least valuable to me. All perspectives are helpful and provide better understanding.

The addition of more phone calls taken by a dispatcher by a suspect. If the big screen could reflect active screens for each location in the scenario. It is beneficial to see everyones' perspective throughout the exercise.

Forming and implementing a collective inter-agency response training so we can utilize our own policies and procedures.

Need to communicate with LE a little more to get some answers to questions I have on how we are going to work. I also like the reunification aspect of the class.
