Using the ASIM checklist- our region doesn't use this process so while it was great practice, it had limited application.

The students had a range of experience and job functions- take time to place the students in applicable roles (i.e. don't have a battalion chief driving an ambulance while someone with evidently little knowledge as IC).

THE COURSE SHOULD REQUIRE MORE COMMAND STRUCTURE OFFICERS TO ATTEND AND FOR THE LOWER LEVEL OFFICERS A HANDS ON COURSE LIKE AAIR SHOULD BE A PRE-REQ TO AVOID THE TRAINING SCARS INHERENT TO A VIRTUAL ENVIRONMENT.

Assignment rotations during practicals could have rotated better. Several members performed the same role on separate occasions while others ended up unassigned.
