Placement for me as a line level officer in areas such as staging, tactical, contact, RTF and other groups was benificial to my scope of oversite.

The virtual simulation is great to get reps but lacks realism.

O run the entire program on one channel, having large group of LEO present to fill scribe and radio roles for tactical, staging and command wouldve been ideal. Wish other LEO agency's would've taken advantage of this training oppurtunity.

Incident command and area command, EOC knownledge of managing large scale operations.

Learning terminology consistent for Incident Command during active shooter events.

Discussing running command in jurisdictions with much smaller numbers of responders would be useful. We rarely have the number of people respond to an incident that we had in the scenarios. Accomplishing the goals with fewer resources would be useful.
