All of the command and coordination aspects. Teaching students to work together with a common goal. So many Active Shooter courses focus on stopping the treat, but do not address the aftermath of working with multiple agencies and resources to save lives.

Would like this type of training be more widely available and affordable to all levels of fire,ems and LE. ALLERT set a new standard for response and stopping the threat, but this type of course is much needed at mid-level supervisor levels and above for ALL First Responders!.

We were asked to provide professional feedback, but that is not how Cody conducted himself by intimidating students. Walking around the class to mock them is counterproductive to a learning environment.
