More time would have been even better just to get a better understanding of the content. But all in all i loved it. All agencies need this training.

The practical exercises were the most valuable because they gave mental repetitions to each participant, while also providing "real world" stress. Additionally, the scenarios provided numerous opportunities for each participant to collaborate with other agency/entities in order to talk situations out and make lasting professional connections.

This class was one of the most organized and informational classes I've attended in my 19 year career. I was overwhelmed by the amount of information that was initially presented. However, at the end of the class everything came together perfectly.
