Overall it seems like the dispatchers were mostly there for note taking. Gearing the course to make sure people utilize dispatch more effectively might be beneficial.

As an administrator at a High School, the school scenario really opened my eyes. We have sat and talked about our plans many of times but seeing it during this training was an eye opener. More school administrators should attend.

Seeing the fire and ems side of situations like these.

The simulator only due to the fact that sometimes as dispatch we did not feel involved in the situations that it was more Law enforcement and Fire based simulations.
