Great course, would be beneficial to have more of a walkthrough when starting the course so everyone understands each role a little better before diving into scenarios.

Being placed in multiple different positions throughout the 3 days.

Driving the vehicles on the comupter program I felt took away from the experience, it was difficult to navigate and know where we were driving too. To many situations were delayed becusae we were lost and couldn't turn around or some other virtual related issue.

Developing how we will use it our our department and speaking with the schools in my district to develop a plan and reunicification plan.
