This course far exceeded my pre-conceived ideas about what this course was going to accomplish and teach. Hands on as much as possible in a classroom setting.

The training that I want to take back to my Fire Department and try to share / coordinate with local mutual aid departments.

This was an excellent training. I would love to be able to place all my officers through this program.

Patrol shift training like this training. This is as close to reality that an officer can experience without being in a real incident.

I think the whole course is valuable. It is a great use of lecture and technology to demonstrate the value of the subject matter covered.

I would recommend putting a computer with CAD screen that dispatch uses in both command locations. Often officers/fire will use laptops, toughbooks, tablets etc with dispatch log at improvised command locations.

The hands on portions where above and beyond my expectations, and complimented the course in such a way that I will have a better retention of the information in comparison to a similar length class.

The class honestly was set up in a way for me that all time was appropriately used, as in lectures, training, breaks where spaced and placed at perfect times and the days went by quickly.

The course was wonderful and I would like to see the training aids improved; primarily the simulation of NIMS Pro. NIMS Pro was amazing and look forward to updates to the program.

The Public Information position. This is the position that I currently hold at my job. The information that I received and the reps as the PIO was very much needed to better prepare me in the event if I am ever put into this kind of event. Pray that something like this never happens in my community.

This class was by far one of the best classes that I have taken inmy career.

To always have my head on a swivel and to be prepared and hope something of this nature never happens in my community, but if so I will be ready to respond with more confidence because of this class.
