As a PIO the experience in handling multiple critical incidents and setting up a press conference was very valuable.

I do believe that after the first few scenarios I felt confortable with the press conference that I could've done something else.

This is seriously the best active shooter training I've ever had. The scenarios through the gaming system can only improve and make this training better.

The repetition in performing the drills. I was confused when we started, but gained knowledge and competency throughout the course.

I felt a little out of my league when I started, But that improved as we went along.

It may be necessary to do more face to face comunications as in real world rather than through other means. This may lend itself to more accurate information and time.

The interactive parts on the computers were very helpful in addition to ending the class running a scenario without much assistance boosted my confidence.
