Learning more about the roles filled by ranks higher than patrol officers, as I have very little prior experience in those areas.

Which part(s) of the course was LEAST valuable to you? Please explain why.

Area Command. In our smaller city, the likelihood of an event of that scale is very small in my opinion. That portion of the training could have been better spent elsewhere for folks in smaller agencies in my opinion.

Please provide any other comments or suggestions you have for improving this course.

I felt as though longer breaks would have been appreciated, maybe one less lecture or scenario with the remaining time put into breaks. overall, however, very good time management.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

More training along these lines to reinforce good habits.
