The scenarios meant the most to me because it gave me an idea of what is to be expected when an active shooter event will occur. Unfortunately in my area (dispatch) I was met with many challenges because there wasn't enough dispatchers to assist but if i had more time to be explained the roles a little better than i wouldn't have felt so helpless during the scenarios.
