The practical scenarios were excellent in demonstrating the controlled chaos that will be occurring. These practical exercises reinforced why it is important to have tactical/triage/transport and staging and command to be separate but working together.

At my current position I feel that the on the ground response training was most valuable, but seeing and being hands on with the supervisory roles was also a great learning experience.
