The computer scenarios did not seem realistic enough to get much out of besides the process.

Realtime scenarios with sims/role players would benefit the line level personnel in this course as well.

I think it would be beneficial on day 2/3 to start with an exercise to reaffirm the knowledge learned the previous day, even if it's just a talk-it-out exercise instead of delving right into a lecture with no refresher.
