Initially, I thought the contact team application would be outside my responsibilities as an administrator. However, the instructors did a great job covering why an understanding and application of all of these will provide value to all LE.

The instructors were very knowledgeable and presented the material in a very digestible and constructive manner.

Since I have very little experience in this field it was all valuable. However, the case studies and the practical exercises were most valuable since they put the instruction in perspective.

To continue training in active shooter and to work on getting some of this training implemented into my agency's policies regarding this.
