After taking command classes that increase the awareness of IC, this class brought it together in real life scenarios so that what I've read and learned makes more sense. t.

It would be nice if the pt evaluation sheets were available from any direction. Not being a gamer, it was difficult at times to get squared up to enter information and/or get the pt into the ambulance.

I recognize the virtual nature of exercises, but it still seems like the first arriving units should have to diagnose the need for incident command and subsequently assign staging areas. As a relatively new paramedic this is my great anxiety concerning mass casualty incidents-- who makes the initial decisions and how is this communicated to arriving units of varying disciplines?.
