The practical exercises were the most valuable part. This was the first training I've attended with such technology for the exercises. Very helpful.

The entire course was helpful. There was not any one thing that I could say should be cut out as the least valuable.

The initial dispatching of the calls, units should not be responding or go "arrived" and go to staging before 5th man is established and staging set.
