First Responder roles because I am always in the EOC, but it is good to understand how it all works.

This was one of the best classes I have taken. Very well run, engaging, organized, excellent instructors. Was extremely helpful to my PIO role.

Drilling the scenarios really painted the picture of what was actually happening, and allowed me to see what we do on every level. It taught me what gaps could potentially arise and how we elevate each other and assist/facilitate the flow of the checklist so that when something happens, we can prove to be organized and capable.

There wasn't anything I didn't find low value.

Maybe one more drill scenario before the capstone of what its like to run the scenario without the instructors actively assisting.
