I liked how the class started off at a more basic level of active shooter response and then built put in complexity each time. It was beneficial working with members from different agencies that I have never met before. The after action debriefs were beneficial and well organized.

I didn't like the radios. It would have been beneficial to have radios that connected with each other better and didn't have the static or connection issues.

It was a great course. Maybe if there was a way to incorporate a practical hands on where people moved through scenarios vs just using the computers. I did enjoy the way the course was set up.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I'm not sure what other course but looking at how to bring come of the new things learned back to our agency.

From dispatch perspective having a critique of our part of the scenarios would be beneficial. I was able to look back and realize some mistakes I made but an instructor eval would be beneficial to learn from mistakes.
