Feel there should be more hands on/physical iterations where we get the physical reps of responding to a simulated scene in a controlled environment.

Trying to integrate what we learned here and get them implemented in our SOPs for military responses to an active shooter.

The practical application of various command positions that I would not normally be able to try to manage since I do not have rank within my department.

The technology/computer involvement of going into the hot zone in various capacities. I was too focused on trying to learn the "buttonology" to get much practice on the actual training value.

Please provide any other comments or suggestions you have for improving this course.

I would love to see this training extended to another day or so, where you could get real hands-on scenarios where there were opportunities to get up and move around, even to simulate the movement or triage of patients on scene. I believe that this would really bring home the application of this training.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Anything that would help me hone these new skills and apply them to my position as SWAT team leader, and eventually commander.
