Would like to see an instructor with dispatch experience//the group of participants were from various agencies through the state and some were very small and rural and others were large metro.

Moving station to station during the scenarios was super helpful to clearing understanding the assignments and content of the course.

I was not least valuable but I am not a gamer and struggled with the computer portion of the class.

This class was great and very beneficial, I really enjoyed the instructors and their vast knowledge and experience along with the enthusiasm they had. The instructors obviously believe in the concepts taught. This was one of the best trainings I have ever experienced.

I would love to continue building on my knowledge of this topic and bring this class to my area for others to experience.
