Practical portion of the class. Hands on learning is better then powerpoint.

Powerpoint. Although it was informative and short to an extent, PowerPoints are always less useful.

Try to stay away from PowerPoint after lunch. Full stomachs and warm rooms, leads to sleepy individuals.

Any incident command courses to further knowledge.

The computer scenarios did not seem realistic enough to get much out of besides the process.

Realtime scenarios with sims/role players would benefit the line level personnel in this course as well.
