Assignment rotations during practicals could have rotated better. Several members performed the same role on separate occasions while others ended up unassigned.

Hands on scenarios and Instructors were amazing and very knowledgeable!.

Time-how short the course was. i felt like there was still more I wanted to learn or felt like it needed to be elaborated on. This is coming from someone who does not know anything about active shooter situations.

Maybe extend the length of the class. I am new to my position and coming in knowing NOTHING about the this training I feel like maybe if the course was a bit longer dit would be great but HONESTLY I know more now than when it started.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I am going to ask a lot of questions for my daughters school on reunification plans. and my situational awareness will definitely be at a higher level now. THANK YOU for such an amazing class!!.

The exercises. They reinforced our need for Unified Command and helped instill that as we went through all of the scenarios.

Nothing. This is a very well put together course and the simulation adds to the realism and makes it very valuable learning expersience.

Very well done and a good learning environment. I have been in emergency services for 40 years, in fire, EMS and law. This is a very valuable course.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Taking what we have learned and doing table top exercises to build out how best we can respond in our area with limited resources and a 5400 sq mi County. Thank you.
