This class was absolutely amazing, as a dispatcher i didnt know the tasks that officers had on the road during these calls and it was great learning what or how to do it.

More dispatch and emgency classes.

The computer training simulation would be better if there was a way to see similar views that your able to see in real life instead of just a modified tunnel view.

I took the course as a dispatcher. I had field experience in medical and fire which was not utilized. I believe that it would be beneficial to allow dispatch time in each of the other fields to generate true interdiscipline understanding.
