The interactive part. it allowed me to see gaps in our communication and training. we will be addressing predetermined rolls and responsibilities. how, when, and what to communicate.

This class on a smaller scale more often would be invaluable to our county. so we can rehearse more often.

The scenarios, actually playing out and putting our skills to the test was the most valuable.

Only because I have had ICS 300 and 400, the ICS system explanation was the least valuable to me specifically.

I think having a requirement of at least ICS 100 and 200, and recommended 300 and 400 would be a great help to the class members who have not been introduced to ICS.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Well, I think we need to spread this kind of training and get buy in from other organizations that were not present to start applying what we have learned before an incident happens. Cooperative training with our agencies in our territory.
