The tactical board. It was not a bad portion, but it was not as active as the simulation.

Being a visual learner, the hands on portion of the course truly helped me gain a better understanding of how to respond.

There wasn't a portion of the class I found least valuable. From book, classroom, to hands on activities it all was very helpful.

I would suggest adding videos or more of the computer exercises.

Communication, without it nothing would be effectively or safely done.

The PIO exercises that directly affect my job. The instructors were very informative, engaging and patient.

The Virtual simulators didn't apply to my job. I only say this because I have to select something, but I feel everything was very necessary. As PIO, I spent my time gathering intel to prepare for briefings.

I was very pleased with this course. The instructors worked well together and were very knowledgeable. Great Delivery and content.

The PIO training has been beneficial. Nothing simulates the real thing, but these courses do as good a job as you can in a classroom.

Effective use of all first responders on scene.

Management of media relations. Not expecting to meet them from Air 1.

Not much regard to rotorcraft safety (H-EMS) operations. Contact members of the Airborne Public Safety Association to assist in helicopter specific concerns with LEO/H-EMS operations. The equipment used in the training was impressive to say the least.

Anything that assists in public safety.
