I would consider the benefits of having tactical, triage and transport co-located at or next to the ccp, to better facilitate communication and enhance information flow as they can see how the event is unfolding in real time. This would also reduce the amount of radio traffic, which is crucial to the boots on the ground to have available to them.

It would have been a better experience for me if I had more time to learn the computer movements using the keypad and mouse better. Perhaps having a "cheat sheet" on the table of the keyboard movements.

Command roles. Gave me more time being in the role of command and practice during a large scale incident that is high stress.
