A bigger facility where the stations could be more widely spaced to avoid talking to each other. Forcing the use of radio or phone comms!.

More scene management course are clearly needed.

Having 2 instructors up front at the same time is beneficial. However an issue I saw was one instructor would talk over the other in some situations.

MULTI AGENCY TRAINING TO CREATE UNIFORMITY SO THERE IS NO CONFUSION WHEN WE HAVE TO WORK TOGETHER DURING EVENTS REQUIRING INCIDENT COMMAND.
