More time to familiarize with the computer sim controls. spent have the time trying to get in the vehicles etc.

Need better radios. when doing the practical exercises, use multiple rooms. the radio issues and having too many people in the room caused too much of a distraction.

This was a really awesome course. At times as a dispatcher we dont understand what goes on in the field. And as units they dont understand what happens at dispatch. It was an insight for both of us.
