Which part(s) of the course was MOST valuable to you. Please explain why.

The most valuable part of the course to me was taking over as Tactical Group, Supervisor 2, and Supervisor 1. The reason why is due to the fact that in need of assistance, other LE are 45min away. With this training, my QRF and my personnel can take charge and be proficient until our Base Command Post takes charge.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I'll continue to practice Command/Control and to invite local LEA/FIRE/EMS to my area for table top exercises.

The first few practical exercises- too be able to see how these events may unfold, the resorces required and the extra things you may need to think about for a large scale incident.

The final exercise. Too confusing with the multiple areas and not being properly dispatched. I am sure this is more a function of the gamism, unfamiliar programs and questionable radios than the personnel behind them.

Continued training for patrol and other supervisors so that this system can be properly implemented. Without it, it will be very difficult to be effective.
