The exercises. I learn by doing and having multiple execises helped pound the point in to my brain.

Public speaking. Not the greatest at sharing my opinion on things.

Would love to have more excerises, but with 24 hours I believe we got as much as we could.

Possible more overloading in the dispatch center Where we have to handle more then what we usually do.

I believe that repetetive training in this subject matter as well as follow up training for implementing these concepts would be very important.
