Figure 5 is a sample resource inventory with three examples: an Ombudsman (use low, quality good), an Employee Assistance Program (use moderate, quality excellent), and a Third-Party Vendor for Employee Services (use high, quality excellent). For each it records what needs the resource meets, use, quality, gaps or barriers, and an action plan.
This sample provides three examples of the types of resources that organizations may leverage during the BTAM process.
