Tony Hubbard

Tony, a combat veteran and former police officer, brings law enforcement expertise on a global scale from his many years with the DEA. He is involved with classroom training, simulation hands-on training and train-the-trainer.

Overseeing the Houston Division, Tony shaped strategy, mobilized teams and led complex investigation with an international scope for South, Central and East Texas. Assistant Regional Director, Cape Town, South Africa (2017 - 2020): Tony directed enforcement, intelligence and administrative functions at 10 country offices while building and strengthening relationships in the 54-country region. Group Supervisor, New Orleans Field Office, LA (2015 - 2017): in addition to expanding investigative capabilities, Tony led the High-Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) task force consisting of federal, state and local agencies and law enforcement. Acting Section Chief, FAST Unit, Arlington, VA (2014 - 2015): working with government and law enforcement officials, Tony developed innovative training and development programs as well as managing a $5.8M budget and large support staff. Group Supervisor, FAST Delta Team, Afghanistan, Peru, Honduras (2014 - 2015): Tony conducted international investigations alongside US and foreign Special forces units. Senior Criminal Investigator, Cartagena, Colombia (2007 - 2011): Tony targeted illicit organizations operating in South America by leading teams and steering investigations.

Tony provides expert consulting services for corporate and law enforcement clients. He plans and executes programs involving investigations, security, and emergency and crisis response.
