Personal Profile
Terrance Weems as a District Road Trooper, he worked Northwest Indiana, which is a part of the Chicago Metropolitan Area. Terrance was an original Problem Oriented Police Trooper from 1996-1998 until he was assigned the FBI/HIDTA GRIT Task Force. Once assigned to the Gaming Division, he investigated in criminal incidents occurring on the riverboats in addition to ensuring the gaming facilities adhered to state gaming laws. After returning to the road in 2001, Terrance patrolled NWI before being assigned to the newly formed Motor Patrol in 2004. Later that year, he was promoted to squad leader of the north motor unit. In 2008, Terrance was promoted to First Sergeant, Assistant District Commander, of the Lowell District where he currently serves.

Terrance started out as a District Road Trooper then moving throught the ranks as an Assistant District Commander. Throughout his tenure with ISP he has been responsible for investigating money laudering, illegal gambling, crimes committed and other financial crimes. For 2 years he was assigned to the FBI's Gary Response Investigative Team that was part of the HIDTA Initiative to enhance investigations leading to the disruption and dismantlement of the drug trafficking and money laundering organizations that use the Nation's highways as a means of transporting illegal drugs, currency, and other contraband and illicit commodities from one location to another.
