Personal Profile
Steven "Steve" Williams retired from emergency response service following 25 years in the law enforcement, E-911, fire service, and EMS. He rose through the ranks to the position of Director of Public Safety for the City of Tuttle, OK where he oversaw the E911, police, fire, and EMS operations for the city. During his tenure, he was Acting City Manager during the Alfred C. Murray Building bombing where his city lost seven individuals to that horrific attack. During his service with the Grady County Sheriff's office, Steve was part of the incident command staff for the largest and strongest tornado which ever struck in Oklahoma. Since his retirement, he has continued working with national and international emergency response agencies in the training arena with LSU and TEEX.

Steve is the lead in the strategy and execution of Homeland Security simulation training classes, products and marketing. Steve is an expert in both emergency response and training utilizing blended simulation and live classroom instruction and has a national reputation for understanding Homeland Security issue.

Director of Operations
Steve oversaw the development and expansion of the National Unmanned Aircraft Systems Credentialing Program within TEEX. He established various industry groups to support industry standards for UAS in their environments and developed and conducted UAS company credentialing audits for various clients. He also searched and developed business development opportunities for the agency.
