Ken Lamb

Kenneth provides Incident Management and Unified Command with an emphasis in Law Enforcement, Incident Command Active Shooter Response. He is involved in classroom simulation and hands-on training.

2021 - 2025, 2026-Current, Lieutenant Specialized Traffic Enforcement Unit: Kenneth supervises crash investigations, directs high-visibility enforcement of traffic and DUI laws, and oversees special event logistics. 2021, 2025 - 2026, Patrol Watch Lieutenant District 6: Kenneth led, guided, and directed two patrol evening squads of nine officers each responsible for protecting lives, preventing the destruction of property, suppressing criminal activity, and maintaining peace and order. 2019 - 2021, Sergeant Professional Oversight Unit: Led and managed a team of 6 members, focused on oversight of high-liability functions of the agency. Project coordination and management for policy development and implementation. Identify, design, and facilitate training to address deficiencies noted in the performance of high-liability functions. Continue service to regional and agency Incident Management Team. 2016 - 2019, Sergeant Emergency Preparedness Unit: Served as the NIMS Incident Command System Planning Section Chief during numerous incidents/events. Provided Active Shooter training for community organizations and regional law enforcement partners. Managed and supervised logistical officers.

Supervised training, welfare, and logistical support at the platoon level. Provided leadership, counseling and mentorship to subordinate marines. Supervised deployment of marines during tactical situations.
