COBY BRIEHN is a retired police officer. He started his career with Temple Police Department as an officer then becoming a Detective for 4 years. Coby was involved in all facets of investigation including homicides, aggravated assaults, sexual assaults, and burglaries. He then spent 4 years working as a personal security specialist in Baghdad, Iraq. His first assignment was on a Tactical Site Survey/Advance Team securing venues for the Department of State dignitaries. Later he was picked for a low-profile team that consisted of a small team and vehicle profile to better integrate into the local population. After returning to the states, he helped develop an advanced level course that incorporates medical skills and small team tactics for ALERRT. He is now currently the Regional Manager for Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training (ALERRT).

Regional Manager
Coby started as an instructor teaching hundreds of block hours instruction to police officer across America. Developed the Advanced Level course that incorporates medical skills and small team tactics. Currently is the Regional Manager responsible for scheduling and staffing the Instructors for course delivery to requested training areas. Deals regularly with budget issues and development of new curriculum.
