The structuring of contact teams and the updated tactics of getting EMS personnel in the warm zones to get survivors out of the danger zones.

The medical stuff, as I'm not medically trained beyond basic CPR and whatnot. Still good to know that they have their own teams and checklists.

The sections covering real-world application and foundations were the most valuable. It provided a clear frame work that connects theoretcal concepts directly to day-today operations. Also the structural break-down on the fundamentals was excellent. I simplified complex topics and made the material highly digestible and actionable.

The course is great. To make it even better, adding some more interactive elements, downloadable reference guides or quick case studies would enhance knowledge retention.

Training that focuses on integrating these foundations and recertification classes every couple of years to update the new laws or actions.
