Staging is always important to me. Knowing where to distribute responding units will always be important.

Commands are always least valuable to me. I feel like for dispatchers especially they are very clearly defined.

It was great! Maybe more games to include all parts of the course.

Staging is very important since it really shows the importance of showing where each unit should be placed and where to respond to. Also, how to efficiently have each responding officer work together.

Command was least valuable since it's usually very clearly established, also since I work dispatch it'll be clear to me as well.

It was great! Maybe integrate more ice breaker games.

I still think how different responding units work together and the importance of each one.
