Perhaps, getting a disspatcher instructor for Fire/EMS and LEO to put in perspective what happens behind the scenes with dispatch and the unit requuests, docmentation, and the relay between dispatch, calltakers, and area command or who ever we are speaking with over the radios or on the phone.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Continuing to educate myself on situations in which i might find myself, as a dispatcher in, and making sure my units in the field are safe.
