Providing the clear objectives of triage group and how RTF teams integrate with triage group. Also how triage group and transport group must work in same area.

Which part(s) of the course was LEAST valuable to you? Please explain why.

Intel group. I did not feel that to be relevant enough to create a group for. Perhaps later in the incident, or more specifically to the law enforcement side.

Please provide any other comments or suggestions you have for improving this course.

I enjoy simplified charts or outlines and recognize that ASHER responses are rare and trainings not as frequent enough. I would encourage a digital outline that simplifies objectives and benchmarks, perhaps something even business-card sized (front and back) that can be clipped on a visor inside a command vehicle, ambulance, or apparatus for those early arriving units to reference quickly while en-route.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

In theory classes are great but need to be solidified with hands-on scenarios. There are always gaps in understanding between all responders, and problem-solving in real-time to guide an incident can only best be done through practice with different groups of responders present and involved.
