The computer simulates scenarios relied as heavily on computer manipulation for success as it does the practical application of knowledge. The computer program could be updated for more intuitive driving.

Instructional Training. Helped explain the steps officers will be taking that us in dispatch typically wouldn't see.

Hands on portion. I believe that with some work this class could greatly help dispatchers. Examples being actually taking the calls and not them popping up on the screen to be read off.
