The most valuable portion was the Tactical role. That is the most real world position that I could be in. It was a good experience coordinating with other agencies.

I think the admin positions of PIO or Intelligence in this environment are not beneficial as I would not be in those positions in real life. It took away some of the training being in those roles.

When in the simulation, there are long periods of time if you're a police officer as part of the RTF that you are not doing anything and people tend to wander. If it could maybe have police arrive at the same time, then start having them be re-tasked with being RTFs.

More command or tactical scene training.
