The most valuable part was the active scenarios. Having units physically respond to the location and physically locate more closely reflected the real life timeline of these events and how information is passed.

General learning about active shooter incidents/preparedness is extremely important and everyone should learn about this if they have any involvement in public safety.

I felt the talking points regarding things to be aware of during an incident was the most useful. As a dispatcher it helps me to understand what may happen at an active shooter incident.
