The virtual response using the computers combined with the physical command, staging, and triage/tactical/transport stations. I also enjoyed that 2 instructors participated in the lecture portions. That helped grab attention.

Expand the scenario for the Intelligence officer. If there are live witnesses to interview (i.e. school principal for HS scenario) then give that roleplayer a card with information they can use to respond to questions.
