The scenario board I felt was the most beneficial as it gave a strong visual representation of an actual incident and how busy it can become quickly.

Taking the incident commanders away from the scenario board to put on vests. This cause us to miss out on a large portion of the discussion.

Instead of using a pre-printed scenario board. Try using a projector to use a local site for the scenario.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

The Advanced course will be my next request.
